We would like to take on an outstanding Customer Relationship Manager to work in our central London office in Oxford Street to help build and maintain relationships with our expanding community of clients. We are looking for someone who is highly organised and has excellent communication skills. Understanding the customer needs and feeding all relevant information back to team is utmost important, not only to improve our product but the whole business.

Working with the team in UK as well as abroad to continually review/ question/ challenge and improve all customer service processes
